What's going to happen to the house sales market in 2012?
This is a very tough question to answer and normally we have a better idea of what lies ahead but this time around we're not quite certain. Lending will remain tough, we're obviously worried about the economy. What is happening in Europe etc - there are a lot of unknowns out there! But what we do know is going to happen, is there is going to be no such thing as a single market, there will be lots of different markets and in some areas/places certain types of property are going to be more popular that others so we're going to see some property prices going up believe it or not, we will see some staying the same and we will see some coming down. The property market is going to be all over the place this year and more than likely be a similar year to 2011!
