Directions
From Chester, take the A55 sign posted Holyhead. Exit the A55 at Junction 27A onto the A525. At mini-roundabout turn left onto Upper Denbigh Road and at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit on the A543 sign posted Pentrefoelas. After approximately 4 miles on the A543 you will come to a crossroads. Turn left sign posted Nant Glyn. Carry on through the village of Nant Glyn go past the old fashioned telephone box on the Right Hand Side and go straight over at the cross roads. After half a mile take the left fork sign posted Soar. After approximately half a mile take the left handed fork in the road, go over the hill and down the other side, past the chapel on the right hand side and Isgoed will be on the left.
Terms
Rent: 975 per calendar month payable monthly in advance
Deposit: The equivalent of one and a half month's rent payable upon the commencement of the tenancy
Application / Administration fees: A non refundable application fee of 50 per person (including VAT) is payable upon the submission of a completed application form. If the tenancy goes ahead an administration fee of 200 + VAT is payable upon the signing of the agreement.
